Ceiling height is 9 ft, which matters more than it sounds: it gives room for a split-AC mounted high on the wall, a ceiling fan, and ceiling-mounted LED lights without any of them hanging into your line of sight when standing.

Capacity ceiling: two desks side by side with a single visitor chair between them, or three hot-desk workstations along three walls with no visitor seating. A fourth person can stand and review work for short periods, but a compact office cabin like this one is not designed for a fourth daily occupant. What happens if my team grows beyond 3 people within a year?
