The added width goes entirely to the living and working area. The washroom stays compact at one end while the 240 sq ft main room gains space for a bed and a desk together, or a consultation area with a waiting corner. It is the comfortable long-stay size: supervisors posted for a full project phase pick it over the 20×10 for exactly that extra room. One unit, one washroom, one lift when the posting ends. The first choice is the material, because it decides how long the unit stays and how hard the site is. MS (mild steel, corrugated) is the durable, relocatable standard. A welded steel shell built for repeated lifts and long service. FRP (smooth fibre-reinforced panel) is lighter and easy to clean, suited to hygiene-sensitive or shorter-duration use.
