What is the difference between a portable office and a container office?

Can a portable office be used as a permanent workspace?
Yes. The MS frame lasts 10–15 years with normal maintenance. It is relocatable, not temporary. Many of our customers have used the same unit for 5 to 8 years across different locations.
Can the office be expanded if our team grows?
If you order a modular unit, yes. The base cabin is built with an expansion point, an additional room connects without replacing the original structure. Confirm this requirement at order stage so we build the connection point in at the factory.
Do portable offices require a building permit in India?
In most cases, no permit is required for a relocatable structure. Requirements vary by state and land type. For long-term permanent-placement installations, confirm with your local authority before ordering.
How many people does a standard unit fit?
A 10×10 ft unit fits 2–3 people comfortably with desks and storage. A 10×20 ft unit fits 5–6. Tell us your team size when you enquire and we'll recommend the right layout.
Is air conditioning included?
Every unit includes an AC connection point. We can supply and fit the AC unit as part of the order, specify this when requesting your quote.

Didn't expect a portable office cabin to feel this professional from the inside. Got one for my transport yard — needed a small office for billing and coordination. The uPVC windows, the interior ACP panelling, the vinyl floor — it doesn't feel like a temporary setup at all. My staff actually prefers sitting in it over the old pucca room we had. SAMAN customized the layout exactly as I asked. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a proper workspace without the cost of construction.

I've bought porta cabins from different vendors over the years. SAMAN's portable office cabin is a step above the usual stuff you find — the panels are thicker, the door and windows don't rattle, and the interior finish looks cleaner. Ordered two portable office cabins for our plant in Greater Noida — one for the HR team, one for the security supervisor. Both came with electrical fittings and vinyl flooring, which saved us the hassle of interior work. The sizing was exactly as agreed and both units fit perfectly in the space we had planned. Got our portable office cabin from SAMAN about three months back for our site at Greater Noida, and honestly it's held up better than I expected. We needed something quick for the engineers and it was up and running within a couple of days. The insulation actually does its job in this heat, which was my biggest worry. Finish is clean, doors and windows sit properly, no rattling. One small thing — I'd asked for an extra power point and they sorted it without any fuss. Would order again for our next site.
