10×10 ft: the single-occupancy duty cabin
One hundred square feet built for one person on duty, and the smallest unit we fabricate. The value specification runs throughout: a 0.8–1.0 mm corrugated exterior over the same welded MS frame, 6 mm pre-laminated lining, 12 mm heatlon insulation and an 18 mm BWP plywood floor under 1.5 mm vinyl. One sliding window and a single lighting and socket circuit are sized for one occupant, which is why it costs less to run than any other cabin here. Gate posts, watchman points and weighbridge kiosks take this size more than any other, and it lifts onto a pickup without a crane.

A mini porta cabin is the smallest practical footprint we build for guard posts, gate offices, ticket counters and tight-access sites. A fully finished MS cabin where a standard site office is simply too large. It uses the same welded IS 2062 mild-steel frame and finished interior as our larger cabins, sized down to what a compact deployment actually needs, starting at 10×10 ft.
Which Size for Which Application: the Compact End of the Range
The right mini cabin comes from the application, not a preference. A 10×10 ft (100 sq ft) is the workhorse: a seated guard post with a desk, a visitor position and turn-room, a weighbridge cabin, a ticket or toll counter with a service window. A 20×8 ft slim unit suits boundary-wall and road-margin placements where depth is the constraint: one long, narrow, fully usable room. A 20×10 ft is the compact site office: one to four occupants with desks and storage, still quick to place and relocate. Every size above that keeps the same compact character with more floor. In a 10×10 the practical layout is one standard desk, two chairs, a register shelf and a monitor or handset, a full working post, not a shell. Every SAMAN cabin is delivered factory-direct from our Bengaluru (South) or Greater Noida (North) unit on an open trailer, with delivery and installation across South and North India in 7–21 working days. Cabins up to 20 ft travel on a 20 ft open trailer; 30 ft and 40 ft cabins travel on a 40 ft open trailer. Unloading by crane or manual placement is arranged based on your site access and confirmed at quotation.
