What "FRP" means in a SAMAN security cabin

FRP stands for fibre-reinforced plastic. A polymer matrix reinforced with fibres that forms a tough, weatherproof skin. In our build it is not a flimsy moulded shell: the cabin has a structural steel frame underneath, with FRP and cement-board panels forming the walls. That combination gives you the rigidity of steel and the corrosion-free, low-maintenance surface of FRP in one unit. Per our NSIC store record, the materials are steel to IS 2062 Grade A and IS 1079 Grade O, cement board to IS 14862:2000 and IS 14871:2000, an FRP polymer matrix with reinforcing fibres to IS 456:2000, and protective paints to IS 1200-15, IS 2395-1 and IS 1477-2.

Each cabin is fabricated in our own factory: the steel frame is cut and welded, the FRP and cement-board panels are fixed, and the unit is painted and quality-checked before dispatch. It arrives ready to place, not assembled on your site.
