Prefabricated Warehouse Manufacturer in Bangalore

SAMAN Portable is a direct prefabricated warehouse manufacturer in Bangalore, with our own fabrication unit in Gopasandra, Bengaluru 560099. Because we build the steel structure in-house and deliver it across Karnataka ourselves, you deal with the maker — not a reseller or listing agent — for pricing, drawings, and site coordination.
This page explains how our prefabricated warehouses are built, what sizes and specifications are realistic, how delivery and installation work from our Bengaluru unit, and how to get an accurate quote for your site.
Why buy a prefabricated warehouse direct from the manufacturer
A prefabricated warehouse is a steel-framed storage or production building, fabricated in sections at our factory and bolted together on your site. Buying direct from the unit that fabricates it gives you three practical advantages:
- Accurate pricing: the quote comes from the team that cuts the steel, so there is no middle margin and no guesswork on spans or sheeting.
- Real drawings before you pay: layout, column spacing, and height are confirmed on a drawing for your plot, not copied from a generic template.
- One point of contact: the same Bengaluru team handles fabrication, transport, and the installation crew.
SAMAN POS India Private Limited has served India since 2009 and is incorporated as SAMAN POS India Private Limited in 2019. We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification and Udyam, Startup India, ZED, and NSIC registrations, and our steel work follows IS 2062 standards.
Warehouse types we manufacture
We fabricate the structure to suit how the building will actually be used. Common configurations include:
- Storage and godown warehouses — clear internal space for racking, pallets, and forklift movement.
- Industrial and production sheds — for light manufacturing, assembly, or processing lines.
- Distribution and logistics warehouses — wide clear spans and tall eaves for loading and high stacking.
- Cold-ready and insulated structures — insulated wall and roof panels where temperature control matters.
For larger pre-engineered structures, see our pre-engineered steel buildings and our wider range of industrial sheds and warehouse structures.
Typical specifications (customisable to your site)
Every warehouse is engineered to the plot and load, so treat the figures below as a starting point that can be customised:
- Frame: primary steel columns and rafters with secondary purlins, fabricated from IS 2062 grade steel.
- Clear span: column-free spans are available in a wide range and can be increased for racking or vehicle movement — confirmed on your drawing.
- Eaves height: set to suit racking height, machinery, or loading docks.
- Roof and walls: colour-coated or galvanised steel sheeting; insulated sandwich panels (around 50 mm, with EPS, rock wool, or PUF cores) where insulation is needed.
- Finish: primed and coated steel for Karnataka's monsoon and coastal-influenced humidity.
Where a specification is not listed, it can usually be customised — share your load, span, and height needs and we will engineer to them.
Made in Bengaluru, delivered across Karnataka
Our fabrication unit at Gopasandra, Bengaluru 560099 supplies warehouses across Bangalore and Karnataka — including industrial belts such as Peenya, Bommasandra, Hoskote, Nelamangala, and the wider KIADB areas. Building close to your site keeps transport time and cost down and lets our team visit for measurement and installation.
A typical project runs in clear stages: site discussion and measurement, structural drawing and quote approval, factory fabrication, transport, and on-site bolting and sheeting by our crew. Lead times depend on size and customisation and are confirmed at the drawing stage.
Warranty and build quality
Our structures are covered by 5 years structural frame and base + 1–2 years finishing + 20–25 years engineered service life. The structural frame and base carry the 5-year cover, finishing items carry 1–2 years, and 20–25 years is the engineered service life of the steel structure — not a warranty period.
Warehouse buyers can request reference details relevant to their industry during enquiry.
How to get an accurate warehouse quote
To price a prefabricated warehouse correctly we need: plot size, required clear span and height, intended use (storage, production, logistics), insulation needs, and your location. With that, we prepare a drawing and a factory-direct quote.

FAQs
Is SAMAN an actual prefabricated warehouse manufacturer or a reseller?
SAMAN is the manufacturer. We fabricate the steel structure at our own unit in Gopasandra, Bengaluru 560099, and handle delivery and installation directly, so you deal with the maker for pricing and drawings.
What is the largest clear span you can build?
Column-free clear spans are available in a wide range and are engineered to your plot and load. Share your span and height requirement and we will confirm what is achievable on your drawing.
How long does a prefabricated warehouse take to build?
Lead time depends on the size, span, and level of customisation. Because the structure is fabricated at our factory in parallel with site preparation, installation on site is faster than conventional construction. Exact timelines are confirmed when the drawing is approved.
Can the warehouse be insulated for heat or temperature control?
Yes. We can supply insulated wall and roof panels (around 50 mm, with EPS, rock wool, or PUF cores) where you need to reduce heat gain or maintain temperature. This is specified on a per-project basis.
Do you deliver and install outside Bangalore city?
Yes. From our Bengaluru 560099 unit we supply warehouses across Bangalore and Karnataka, including KIADB and industrial belt locations. Delivery and installation are coordinated by the same team that fabricates the structure.
