What Makes the Build Genuinely Low-Impact

The sustainability of a container office is decided at the factory, not on site. Three things matter most:

Off-site completion. Around 80–90% of the build, frame fabrication, panel fitting, wiring, and finishing, happens inside our Bangalore plant under controlled conditions. Only foundation prep and final placement happen on site, which cuts dust, debris, and construction traffic at your location.

Insulated PUF panel envelope. The wall and roof panels are PUF sandwich panels on an IS 2062 steel frame. The insulation core slows heat transfer, so the interior stays cooler in summer and the air-conditioning runs less, lower running cost and lower energy use over the unit’s life.

Reuse over demolition. A masonry office is demolished at end of use and becomes rubble. A steel container office is unbolted, transported, and re-erected on the next site. The same structure can serve several projects across its 20–25 year engineered service life, which is the single biggest sustainability advantage over conventional construction.
