A luxury porta cabin with full interior fit-out — AC, false ceiling, vinyl flooring, partition, and attached toilet — suits a project site manager’s office or a semi-permanent admin building. A basic MS security cabin suits a factory gate watchman post. We build both from the same facility. What changes is what goes inside.
Customisation options confirmed at enquiry stage:
Electrical: Complete single-phase wiring from entry point. MCB board, surge protection, wall switches, 5A and 15A sockets, LED fittings. We wire for your declared load — air conditioner, computer equipment, lighting.
Air conditioner provision: Cut-out in panel wall at correct height for split AC indoor unit. Bracket for outdoor unit on cabin wall or roof edge. Copper pipe sleeve through panel. Drain pipe outlet. You install the AC — we make the cabin ready for it.
False ceiling: Plywood panel ceiling or PVC tongue-and-groove board, fixed on MS sub-frame. Reduces cabin volume, improves cooling efficiency, covers roof sheet condensation.
Toilet module: Dedicated 4 ft × 4 ft or 5 ft × 4 ft toilet compartment built within or attached to the main cabin. FRP water tank on roof frame. WC, wash basin, floor trap, and plumbing roughed-in. Tile floor and walls inside the toilet module.
Partition wall: Plywood or gypsum-on-MS stud frame dividing a 20 ft or 40 ft cabin into two separate rooms with a connecting door. Each room can have its own entry door.
Ventilation: Fixed MS louvre vents or trickle ventilators in upper panel for passive airflow. Useful for Hubli’s hot-dry summer without full AC.
Exterior: Primer plus two coats gloss paint in any colour. Enamel name board or company logo plate fixed to exterior wall.

No RCC foundation required for temporary or semi-permanent use. A levelled hard surface — compacted murrum, paver block, or existing concrete — is sufficient. For permanent or long-term placement, we include anchor bolt fixing plates in the base frame and provide the bolt pattern drawing so your civil team can prepare the plinth before delivery.

Cabin size — larger footprint and height increase material and labour cost
Panel type — PUF sandwich panel is standard. Cement fibre board is heavier and more durable for long-term or heavy-use applications. Slightly higher cost.
