SAMAN's stock SKU is an 8'×6'×8' steel-and-wood cabin in eight factory-painted colours, available from our Bangalore yard at ₹95,000 with 3-day dispatch within 200 km.

The Standard Configuration in the ₹95,000 Stock SKU

Every unit at the Bangalore yard is built to the same specification. Footprint 8 feet by 6 feet, ceiling height 8 feet — usable interior floor area roughly 48 sq ft (4.5 sq m). SKU code SP-CC-40-2024.

The structural frame is a mild-steel perimeter base with vertical MS corner posts. Wall infill is wood panel, factory-painted with industrial-grade exterior coating. The roof is an MS frame skinned with corrugated GI sheet, set at a 3-degree rear-shed slope so monsoon water sheds clear. The floor is cement fiber board on the MS sub-frame.

Fittings ship as standard: one steel hinged door with internal latch, one sliding observation window for the guard, and an electrical fit-out of one ceiling light point, one fan point, and one 5A/15A wall socket — wired to a small MCB panel ready for direct mains connection at site.

This is the build you receive. No frame thickness upgrades. No PUF insulation. No additional windows.

North, West, and East India dispatch from our Greater Noida yard at Jalpura. Lead time runs 7 to 21 working days from order confirmation, depending on distance and transporter routing.

Before the invoice is raised, yard staff physically confirm the requested colour is in stock. If it isn't, we shift to a colour that is, or apply fresh paint and extend dispatch by 5 to 7 days — your call.

What ₹95,000 Includes — and What's a Separate Line Item

The ₹95,000 sale price (MRP ₹1,05,000) covers the standard cabin and standard delivery within the Bangalore radius. Anything that requires a factory modification or a site-specific add-on is invoiced as a separate line item.

Each add-on is confirmed at the order stage before fabrication or dispatch. No surprise charges after the truck leaves the yard.

What You Can't Change About a Ready-Stock Unit

Five things are locked on a stock unit. The cabin is already built — these aren't decisions still on the table.

Size is fixed at 8'×6'×8'. The build is fixed: MS frame, wood-panel infill, MS-and-GI roof, cement-fiber-board floor. Colour is one of the eight on the yard. Electrical is one light, one fan point, one 5A/15A socket. There's no internal partition — the floor is one open space.

If any of these need to change, that's a different SKU. The SAMAN spec-build option uses the same controlled factory build process, but you supply the variables and the unit is built to your specification rather than pulled from stock.

If stock isn't matched, we ship 2 to 3 from stock immediately and produce the balance in 7 working days, then dispatch the batch together.

Can I visit the Bangalore yard to see the stock unit before placing the order?

Yes. Our Gopasandra yard is open to buyer visits during weekday working hours. Call one working day ahead so the team can confirm the colour you're considering is physically on the floor when you arrive.
